To accommodate this, and also to not disrupt your schedule, you can fill it in at your pace. Just make sure you submit the final version.<\\\/p>\\n<p>We are thankful to all of you that have contributed and we invite the target audience to further collaborate completing these surveys.<\\\/p>\\n<p><strong>Background to these surveys:<\\\/strong><\\\/p>\\n<p>EHDS Regulation defines the usage of the European EHR exchange Format (EEHRxF) to exchange health information across Europe. The availability of health data and its coding in international standards is crucial to make this exchange effective.<\\\/p>\\n<p>These surveys aim to verify the data currently available in the systems compared to that requested in the available guidelines.
